Hotel D'Orsay - Esprit De France - Paris

We loved free and delicious breakfasts!

By and large, it was brilliant place for sightseeing in Paris, had much fun and met very amiable staff from the maid to the front desk staff and manager. Stayed in well-appointed double room with breakfast. The location was perfect and excellent, in the Alsace area, convenient to go everywhere. Highly recommended for a wedding celebration.

The location was absolutely perfect for walking around a vast statue. The continental breakfast was FREE, perfect to start our day.

Our room was small and at the back of the hotel but it was very quiet and we slept well. Very tiny bathroom but very clean. Although you are paying for the good location we thought it was pricey for the room with no breakfast included.

Short walk from the Orsay Museum, made our sightseeing easy. The room was clean and beautifully decorated, but there was some noise from the street at night that could be a bit distracting.

Love this hotel!! This was my second stay here. Can't wait to come back! The location is ideal. The staff were so helpful.

Large room, very quiet, helpful staff, great location, comfortable bed. And you can sleep in 'til 11 and still get breakfast.

Attentive staff who speak English, great location close to three different Metro stops, just steps away from Musee d'Orsay, safe and quiet area.

Looking a bit tired, could use some new furniture in the lobby area and general redocorating, breakfast area has no windows.

The classic room was cozy, and I truly enjoyed my morning coffee from the Nespresso machine while lounging in stylish surroundings. Relaxation was easy by indulging in the lovely breakfast and unwinding in the charming ambiance. Just a heads up, a few more coffee pods would have been nice, but I managed with free coffee downstairs. ☕

Location was great for major sights and shopping/restaurants. Room size was good and bed very comfortable. Breakfast area was fairly impersonal and more like a canteen enviroment but breakfast offering was good.

Room wasnt cleaned very well Rubbish bins not emptied and cleaning material left on one day of our stay.

This a beautiful hotel on the Left Bank just across the bridge from the Place de la Concorde. It is close to two metro stations on a quite street just a block from the Musee d'Orsay. We loved our stay.

The best thing about the hotel is its location - located within a walking distance from many of Paris attractions and very close to Metro stations and the rer (the local train). It is very clean, the lobby was nice, staff were polite. All staff understood English well.

The room was much smaller than we had expected from the photo gallery - one side of the bed was against a wall, the other side was about 30 cm from the other wall. There was hardly enogh closet space for a couple travelling fairly light for 4 days, no shelves, no full body mirror, one chair. The bathroom was very small as well, small shower space, but very clean. Most staff members were polite but did not volunteer any information or morning smiles, a few were very nice and helpful.

The hotel is ideally situated for all the major sights. It is in a very peaceful area, but minutes walk from shops and restaurants. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and there was always someone there to offer help with booking taxis, advising where the nearest banks chemists etc. Our room was perfect for a long weekend stay, it was larger than we expected for such a centrally situated hotel. We loved the cozy atmosphere and really good staff, especially when we returned to find a surprise gift for my birthday! The location was ideal for visiting the Eiffel Tower and other famous sights.

For dads, it would be great if there were a mini fridge in the room for snacks for the little ones.

The hotel is very close to the musee d'Orsay in a quiet street and very central. The bed was really comfortable.

The staff was not very friendly and a bit inefficient - we requested a taxi for the morning and we discovered they forgot to book it; we asked some advice on restaurants but the receptionist was not helpful at all. The hotel is central but there are not many bars or restaurants around.
